Do I have to cut carbs? 

Carbs have been villainized by the high-fat, low-carb trends in nutrition but there is nothing wrong with carbs... whole, unprocessed, “real food” carbs. For example, butternut, sweet potato, most root vegetables. Like, calories... Carbs are not the enemy, you can, and should, eat carbs and don't worry,  I will teach you how to easily give up the ones you don't need without using willpower. It's easier than you might think, you just need the right tools.
